I think the viking’s don’t deserve their violent reputation for the following reasons
Most of them are farmers , they were just trying to defeneding them self from monks .They left there country because it was cold there and they couldn’t grow crops or plants for them to eat.
Second they were just eating animals.Most of them were ordinary people. The berserkers always try to kill the vikings .
Thirdly they only kill animal for food . They only kill people to protect there tribe and there family .

Just be careful as to when you should be using ‘their’ rather then ‘there’.
